Creatine is good but alot of the weight is from water retention in your muscles. Most people shrink a little when they get off it. The reason you are cramping you are not drinking enough water.

im 15 5'9-10" adn 145 pounds. i lift like 3 nites a week and my max bench at the beginning of the year before i started working out was like 155 to 160 (it vaired) i havent maxed out in months but i do 3 sets of 10 reps of 115, curl 3 sets of 10 reps of 65, 10x3 on the lap pull, tricep extention, and somtimes 10x3 with 100 pounds on the rowing machine. i have no idea what my arms measure. not very big but i only have like 11% body fat and my arms are really ripped. i would also like to add some more meat to them but not by taking supplements. what should i do?? ive just been trying to eat more meat and get more vitamins. i also do crunches and pushups every nite. sorry for the long post. any ideas what i should do??
