Wassup350 Posted March 7, 2004 Report Posted March 7, 2004 I'm getting new front wheel bearings and i'm wondering if i should just take the hubs to a shop, or if there is a way i can replace them myself. Should i invest in a puller from sears, try pounding it out, or take it to a shop? Quote
MotulMonsta Posted March 7, 2004 Report Posted March 7, 2004 You can get a whole set of bearings and seals for pretty cheap from Troy racing. You don't need any special tools. but when you put it back together make shure you tap the bearing on the outer race only. Use a socket that's the same size as the bearing to knock it in. Don't forget to put the spacer back in. Quote
