How Do You Convert Mpg To Wmv Files?

trying to save some space and trying to get some of these mpg files transferred over to wmv and forget how to do it.....I know theres a converter or something you have to d/l....but I forget

The receiver in my truck plays mp3s and wmv's. I thought I'd start converting to see how it was. The files are bigger and the sound quality isn't as good. Not sure what your using it for but I thought I'd post that.
