sierrabanshee Posted February 20, 2004 Report Posted February 20, 2004 I have a 2002 banshee with T5's, milled head, v-force reeds, K&N pods, Vitos super stock pistons I am running a 13 front /41rear sproket and i am top out in fourth up a 650foot sand dune (Sand Mountain NV) it bogges into 5th do you think a 43 rear sproket will get me into 5th gear. Elevation is around 4,700 feet it runs real good I can beat about 75% of the hill climbers at the Mountain Quote

Dextreme Posted February 20, 2004 Report Posted February 20, 2004 I would say go ahead and try at 43 and see if you like it. The one nice thing about going to 13/43 is that you will gain room for chain adjustment. With 13/41, there not alot of room left to tighten up the chain. Quote
