It has a electrical problem and the carbs are gummed up. It has new tires. I was wondering what you would think a good price to offer him would be. Thanx Quote
BansheeBrian Posted February 14, 2004 Report Posted February 14, 2004 If you have a friend that doesnt know the seller but has banshee mechanical knowledge take him/her with you to look at it.Tell that person before hand what you noticed so far. Does it start? If so how many kicks does it take?Are the chain tension bolts all the way in?Is there heavy bluing on the pipes?Does the steering feel light or too loose?Does the owner hint or say that it fouls plugs?Is there play in the axle? Simple questions like these will help you shave a few bucks off the asking price. By the way.....Welcome to BHQ! Quote
