Torn66 Posted January 28, 2004 Report Posted January 28, 2004 they are so-so I have ordered from them 3 times- I paid for 3 day air...b/c I ordered ona monday need the parts by the weekend. I was ASSURED they were in stock and to be shipped that day. in reality nothing was in stock- i got SOME of the stuff 1 1/2 weeks later- sternly- but politely asked why- and all they did was refund me down to regular shipping cost.... yeah- thanks..... that didnt do anything when i had no parts had had to sit on the sidelines for the weekend. bottom line- good prices...pretty atrocious back office and customer service. Indubitably Posted January 28, 2004 Report Posted January 28, 2004 They are local here and don't carry much in stock. Depends on what you are going to buy. What pipes are you going to get they might have them in stock, I'll try to tell ya if I get over there or you can call them. Quote
evil Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 i bought a few things from them and they said it was in stock but it never came. as soon as i canceled the order it showed up. not to mention they were the wrong parts ! they seemed cool on the phone about the whole ordeal but it was a waste of time for me. just my experience though. later Quote
Ultimateduner Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 I don't know why you guys had such a problem with them I ordered a jersy a pair of riding pants and gloves for 120 bucks+ a chest protecter for100. After a while I wondered where my oreder was at ( about 3 days after ordering) I called them and the guy sent it right out the next day. I really didn't have problem with them at all. Quote

Indubitably Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 hmm this is a tough one I say you should buy from motoworld as that is the one thing they always have in stock. Quote

efward Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 Can't imagine them being the cheapest place around. They're always pretty price when I'm in there. Quote
Cooker Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 They're always friendly but they ALWAYS send the wrong parts. Even when I've gone into the store they give me the wrong stuff. Took me 2 months to get the correct Eibach spring. Quote
2001SSTBanshee Posted January 29, 2004 Report Posted January 29, 2004 Ive spent a lot with them. A few times it took a while to get some parts but thats how it goes everywhere. One time they had like a 35% off sale, and I got all kinds of stuff. Quote

00BANSHEE Posted February 9, 2004 Report Posted February 9, 2004 Just order it from Magic Racing and be done with it. If you would have ordered them from Magic the day you first posted this you would have them on the bike already. Just my .02 - I stick with the tried and true. Quote
