williebiv Posted January 14, 2004 Report Posted January 14, 2004 I have heard that the delta's are the way to go, but I have the rad valve now. Is it worth the extra $200 to switch at this point? Quote
spoin39 Posted January 15, 2004 Report Posted January 15, 2004 I run the old style V-force and like them, but I am not sure it would be a noticeable enough of a increase in power for the money. I would stay if you are happy with them. Quote
locogato11283 Posted January 15, 2004 Report Posted January 15, 2004 i like my v force reeds. and if i were buyin new(which is what i did) i would buy them. but if you have reeds already then i dont think itd be worth spending the extra money on them. unless you can sell the ones u have now. Quote
Nightrider Posted January 15, 2004 Report Posted January 15, 2004 I wouldn't switch if you already have the rad valve..I've noticed the V-force have better low-speed throttle response than the rad valve. They work good on non-powervalved engines like the YFZ 350 Quote

Is it worth the extra $200 to switch at this point? rad valves actually slow a ported motor up.....v-force help it breath.....the rad valves were made for a completely stock motor, the opening is too small.... bluestreak01 Posted January 15, 2004 Report Posted January 15, 2004 what do you guys think about the fmf ram valves? Quote
shortys racing Posted January 15, 2004 Report Posted January 15, 2004 what do you guys think about the fmf ram valves? better then rad valves but I have still to find a better cage then a v-force. The closest one is running blaster cages w/ boyesen reeds. Quote
