went i bought my quad it had a set of fmf fattys on it. awhile after i bought it they started to leak where the pipe meats the head so i went out and bought new o-rings and springs put them on and cant get them to stop leaking can someone help me out thanks

Holy good God batman.  You aren't supposed to be connecting the pipes to the head!!!!  :o    :blink:  man, that's the problem right there.....  :)

rearange the pipes so they mate up flush with the exhaust port of the jugs. if your pipe springs aren`t holding them tight to the cylinder cut the springs a little shorter and bend the end so it tightens up the pipe to the cylinder.i double my pipe springs up.

Ya definitely put some high temp silicone on em. I used that on my pipes too and they havent leaked yet at all. Just clean the blackness out of where the pipe meets the flange,,and clean the flange, then just load up the flange and the pipe. You can also put it in your pipe clamps, especially if you have the "no leaks", because they definitely do leak as soon as the o rings wear out. :D
