How to request a title when the DMV does not found your vin but any vin check app stays you have a 2000 Banshee

Probably have to call DOT in your state.

If in California, just make an appointment and plan on bringing bike with you plus a way to get it out of truck and back in so they can look at zero idea of what they are doing plus some cash for the govt fees

I’ve been asked why the smog equipment isn’t there on a 100% stock banshee here in California. Depends on the dmv person I guess. Some know and some don’t.

Seriously? The smog equipment?!? Just remember folks…. These are the “trained professional” doing what they were trained to do. Fucking unbelievable………. And these people are allowed to vote and breed….. good lord….

Seriously it was a Pain in the ass. Ended up going to two different DMV’s before finally finding someone who knew what they were doing.
