06 banshee 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 Report Share Posted October 23, 2023 Hey guys, I’ve recently reassembled my banshee motor and I’ve been having some problems with the shifting. Before the rebuild. On the first ride after the rebuild the gears were shifting fine, then in the dunes my shifter came lose and after that the shifting has been messed up. I have put a new shifter on but for some reason, the bike doesn’t always catch some of the gears, mostly 2nd gear. I have a feeling that it’s the eccentric screw and I’ve ordered an OEM one but it will take a month to come. Do I have to pull off the clutch basket to check the adjustment of the eccentric screw ?
