big_block_banshee Posted January 26, 2004 Report Share Posted January 26, 2004 i have a fully drag ported stock clyinder moter. its a 69mm bore wid a 4 mill stroker crank( appprox 435cc), 36 mikuni carbs on alky, 1-5 override tranny. hinson straight cut clutch basket barnnette clutches, v-force reeds and power pro out of frame drag pipes. and no i dont do a big burn out i just turn the tires over bout 4-5 times and thats all i need, drag strip or highway. big_block_banshee Posted February 10, 2004 Report Share Posted February 10, 2004 What does it mean to have an over ride tranny? what is over ride and what does it do? am override tranny allows u to shift without using the clutch or letting out ofthe gas. it is a must if ur a serious banshee drag racer, but i woundnt get one if i was plannning to ride trails or some thing.
