Don't get hung up on what he told you. Some reputable guys on here suggested tearing cases apart, then clean em, weld em and your good to go. Id listen to that advice. If I could get it welded without of taking it apart I’ll be happy but that’s in another dimension, I have no choice but to take it apart.
