160+ 50 for domes

http://drivelineperformance.com/yamaha-banshee-dune-trail-clutch-kit/

75 for clutch

chariot timing plate is another 50? i think

thats 335 total

or have someone port your cylinders for 350-500. Porting will make the most power but the stock components will hold the potential back

So current mods are just T6 pipes.

Why not get a cool head with domes for the fuel you want to run (21cc is common for pump gas 93aki which is similar to 98 RON, talk to builder when ordering)

A timing plate, can adjust (+4 is common for pump gas, again talk to builder when ordering as they will know a better number)

A good clutch

VF4 reeds

New air filter

Jets to match new mods and elevation and temp

These mods will be the easiest for you to install yourself and will wake your banshee up some. They will also be the fastest mods to get shipped to you as it sounds like you are not in the USA. I would suggest calling FAST

So I just talked to a garage today, he has American cool heads which apparently dont have a manufacturer name on them and Vitos cool head. He says that 22cc domes would be better for me with stock pistons but i will put 21cc. For the timing plate he recommends +5 and i dont really know if i should go 4 or 5. As for other mods im thinking of vforce reeds 3 or a clutch. Hopefully Ill beat my friends intake+exhaust+tune raptor 700 after Im done or I will really be upset

JFC.... Why listen to the "garage"

The garage has been working with ATVs for years longer than me and knows much more. But I am not listening to him hes just telling me what he thinks would be better and I will do what I think is right at the end of the day. I dont think i will put 22CC domes I will put 21CC but as for the timing plate i dont really know might put 5. What do you think I should do?

I think you should call a builder.

Also, you'll likely still be beat unless you get into porting.

Porting isn’t really possible for me since there isn’t anyone that does it and i really dont know how to ship my engine to a builder. Do you have any mods to add other than timing plate and cool head with 21cc domes to beat the raptors?

Besides different exhaust, there is nothing you can do.

Where are you located? Shipping a motor is very easy and less expensive than you'd think.

Im nowhere near America, I live in a country almost 7000 miles away from america. For the exhaust part, is a t9 not that good? I had pro circuits and still have them but i think they have something wrong with them it bogs with them. How much do you estimate shipping to be? And for porting, I mostly ride on pavement so what porting would I get?

The site sponsors on here ship motors to Europe, Middle east, and everywhere in between. They can ship you a whole motor if you'd like without you having to send yours.

I can't estimate shipping, but someone like Redline Racing, or K&T Performance could. I think you mean T6 pipes, they're more of a trail pipe type pipe. If you ride on open pavement you could probably get an aggressive dune port and run Shearers or Sniper exhaust. I'd suggest calling, Facebook messaging, e-mailing, or whatever form of communication you'd like to a builder. They'll work with you and your price range

I've never heard of T9 pipes, must be something your country has.

Site sponsors are listed below. I'd call Redline Racing if I were you but I listed several others below
