antonio350 Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 It Wont start unless starter fluid or petrol in cylinder It has 100 psi both cylinders stock bore oem pistons 290 main stock pilot FMF pipes and boost bottle Why wont it start cold the bowls are correct the choke tube is in there once warm it runs fine but then left overnight i have same issue Quote
ginger Posted August 3, 2018 Report Posted August 3, 2018 if its stock pilot i would guess it is small, but elevation would confirm that. assume your trying to start it with the choke on? do yourself a favor and ditch the boost bottle before it burns up your motor. Quote

BigRed350x Posted August 6, 2018 Report Posted August 6, 2018 I believe 25 is the stock pilot. Try a 27.5 pilot and see if its any easier to start. Where are your air screws set? BR8ES plugs? Plugs look good, no fouling? Quote
ZillaFreak Posted August 6, 2018 Report Posted August 6, 2018 So 290/25 jetting 100psi in compression test 62FASL First, compression test, was it done correctly? If so, your compression is very low for a stock banshee and will cause hard starting when cold. 1 Quote
