Hi guys I am on here yet again having problems with my banshee. I am wondering what the bone stock carburator settings are. I can sync the carbs myself later but I want to know what the bone stock settings are. Also both of my throttle needles are bent at the ends. Other than making it hard for the needle to go into the main jet would the fact that the needles are bent effect anything. If someone has an answer I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Pilot jet size:25
Needle:5N7
Needle clip:Middle (clip #3 of 5)
Main jet size:200 (some dealers will provide or install 190, 210 or 220 mains)

And yes replace your needles.

Ok, how bad are the needles bent? You can get replacements from quite a few distributors. If it's just the very end where it's pointy, you can use some fine emery cloth and put the needle in a drill and spin it while you pinch the emery around the end.  Be careful not to get crazy though.
