rev box plus timing plate ?

What's up guys, I'm new to this site and I'm seeking some help. I have a stock shee and was wondering if it would make a difference changing my stock CDI box to an aftermarket rev box even though I have a timing plate in the motor. What are your thoughts on that.

What is your goal?? You said your shee is stock. So, there is a lot of places for improvment on a stock shee. CDI box is not one of those.

Then maybe it's time to get your engine ported.

 

Putting some $$$ on the suspension is a good idea too.

If ur riding trails or mx you would be baffled by what some suspension would do man. But good suspension gets pretty pricey

Only a handful of guys with aftermarket ignitions use them to their potential. If you legitimately drag race and especially on big open stretches, it is nice. Pretty much anything else might as well just have the timing plate.

Thanks guys I appreciate it, I have very minor porting done, and the suspension I know can get a little pricey. What is a decent suspension that isn't expensive?

You can get decent Elkas set for about 1000$ for the 3 shocks

Stay away from that stuff. Put parts that are made for a Banshee. Maybe you can buy good used parts, like A-arm and Shocks. Check the for sale section here and on FB.
