Where to find stock cylinders

Does yamaha direct still sell? I've been looking around to see where they're available. Some on ebay, but they are ching chong knock off, not direct from OEM. More specifically, cylinders that are newish, not bored or ported.

Plenty of 64mm bore stock cylinders out there still. Gotta be patient, but you can totally find them unmolested.

Good to know, I'm on the hunt. I would like to have 3 to 4 sets on the shelf just to have for future use.

Why not. Maybe not 3 or 4, but at least two sets. That way when I need them their in my possession and I don't have to wait and hunt.

Kid on the BHQ FB page (or south texas banshee) was selling a set for 65 bucks,  polished, but need a clean up bore.. Pm me and ill send you the link.

Can you port stock cylinders for a 10mil?

It requires alot more work then porting, but yeah you can do a 10mil stock cylinder set up.

Niche cylinders are going fairly cheap these days. Not sure why you would want 3-4 sets. You have another banshee that's not a 10mil?

This probably a dumb question. Are all those cheap cylinders on ebay niche cylinders? $199 for cylinders with cast pistons gaskets bearing rings. That's dirt cheap if just the cylinders are decent.
