1993_banshee Posted May 20, 2016 Report Posted May 20, 2016 what is the proper way to set the toe.from what I read that is lining up the front wheels with the back I have an inch gap because I have a stock axel still. I'm finding it to be a bitch to get straight by eyeball she drags to the right on the pavement a bit Quote
1993_banshee Posted May 20, 2016 Author Report Posted May 20, 2016 Maybe I worded that wrong. Best way I can describe it is when I'm on pavement I am holding the bars straight and it drives to the right hand side. How do you get it very close to straight when the bars are straight and then set the proper to once aligned Quote

elconor Posted May 30, 2016 Report Posted May 30, 2016 Get a tape and measure from rim to rim on the inside of wheels. Front of rim and back of rim. Get these the same measurement. Or up to 1/8" closer in the front which is toed in. This all while having the bars straight. To get it to roll straight you might need to move both tie rods one in and one out to essentially turn the wheels to match the bars while keeping a straight toe. Hope that is understandable Quote
