  2. Or you know what. Buy fuckin everything you can and mod fuckin everything. Cause it works better.
  3. If you got the time and money. Do the bearing on drum and promod. Wont hurt. But if your curious, mod the star how I told you and put it back on. And watch what it changes. Easy spring, detent or even shaft notch mod is useless.
  4. If it was me I would buy all new shifter parts. Shaft, eccentric, and eccentric spring. Washer if you need it. Then just do the star mod correctly by grinding down far enough. DONE I wouldnt do anything else at all. And when you adjust your eccentric put the shifter on so the weight of it is on the shaft. Very important part.
  5. 1) you can do yourself easy. I would grind down a 1/32" away from the peg. Which is alot farther then the ones you can buy which are a waste of money. And I wouldnt use the soft spring. 2) the shift shaft mod does absolutely nothing once you mode the star.

  11. Get a bucket, pour in dish soap, make lots of suds with high pressure water. Get a tire brush and use only the suds to scrub into wood floor. Wipe up with blue shop towels or good paper towels. Repeat as neccessary. Works great for oil stains

  15. Thats a good setup. With a 8" arm id consider 8 extremes. Maybe 10 extremes but you might need a 10" arm if it makes good power. Depends if you like to ride wheelies every gear or like to keep it down and lightly lift. I had a 421 cub on a +4 frame with a 10 arm with 10 extremes and it floated the tires nicely through 2nd and 3rd gear. I had a 8 arm on it but it was a handful to control if it bit good and hooked. It would lift in 4th uphill. All depends on your riding style, your power to weight ratio etc..
  16. Take clutch side apart, take flywheel side apart. Take all case bolts out. Then put a tie down or zip tie from the crank end over the head to other crank end to hold the crank into the cyl. Then flip it over and split the bottom case off. Easy

  20. Send to tim to get revalved or have him send you a valve. Basicslly its a washer that slows the oil speed down. Or you add more cc's of oil then what comes initially. Thats the 2 ways to tune rebound with your shock placement. The real problem is the no link on a link frame setup. Mod your frame for a proper no link and you're set. Proper geometry gives the shock the proper angles to work. Or put a link back on that setup, and you're good to go.
