jlaits Posted April 30, 2016 Report Posted April 30, 2016 Figured I'd share this in case anyone wants to make a quick tool. I had a old tire iron laying around and grinded it down to fit the nut. Fits nice. Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk 1 Quote
sheerider11 Posted April 30, 2016 Report Posted April 30, 2016 So does a old flywheel puller. And a head of a bolt. Can't think of the size. But got bolt, welded nut on. Tool for life. 2 Quote
ATVridinMaNiAc Posted April 30, 2016 Report Posted April 30, 2016 3/4" bolt, 1 1/8" head. Double nut or weld an 11/16 socket to the thread end of bolt. 1 Quote

hoppedupandcutdown Posted May 1, 2016 Report Posted May 1, 2016 jlaits, Let me commend you on using what is readily available to you and thinking outside the box. That's a diminishing trait lately, it seems. 1 Quote
jlaits Posted May 3, 2016 Author Report Posted May 3, 2016 Are you being serious or just messing with me? Either way I put this on here for others to see. I searched for ideas but didn't have any big bolts at home. Saw the tire iron which was actually right next to my bench grinder. Now when new banshee owner's search for idea's instead of asking on here over and over again they'll see it. Maybe they'll use it Maybe they won't. Just an option Quote
hoppedupandcutdown Posted May 3, 2016 Report Posted May 3, 2016 Totally serious. Again, it's that kind of thinking that will take you places. Quote
