allboutwork3203 Posted April 15, 2016 Report Posted April 15, 2016 Hey hope you guys can help me. I have 02 banshee It shut off on me one day the bike had no spark put a new stator it started, but it started leaking radiator fluid. so I took it to a shop and the mechanic say I had blown head gasket and he replaced it and it did it again, he said that my heads where not seated properly so he sent to the machine shop and milled them, my compression is 175 and rebuilt carbs and the bike is still leaking radiator fluid hope you guys can help thanks Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk Quote
trickedcarbine Posted April 15, 2016 Report Posted April 15, 2016 I love that he made you pay for a turd rebuild then realized it needed to be machined. Now he gets paid twice to do it when he fucked up the first time. Quote

trickedcarbine Posted April 15, 2016 Report Posted April 15, 2016 It could also be leaking pressure from the cylinder in to the coolant system and pressurizing it also that coolant drips. Just one more symptom of an improper seal at the head. Quote
allboutwork3203 Posted April 15, 2016 Author Report Posted April 15, 2016 I don't know what the compression was before and I'll take some pics today Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk Quote
