Hello,

Just some background info first. I have had this banshee since it was in the crate at the dealer. I loaned my Shee to my nephew and it was returned broken. It has no TORS whatsoever and the key system has been removed. Theses mods were done years ago and it has run fine. Ok now onto my problem. It had no spark and sounded funny when I initially tried to kick it over; I found the fly wheel had broken off due to being improperly lightened. Also checked coil and it was out of specs according to the manual, I ordered a cheap flywheel, stator and coil from EBay. After install it still had no spark. Further trouble shooting found that the CDI was bad. I replaced with a cheap EBay cdi box. (As of now all parts were Not OEM).  OK now I had a weak spark and the Shee would run normal with a new set of plugs. After you shut it down it would not start again unless new plugs were installed. This was not acceptable so I purchased a used OEM CDI.  Now with this CDI it has no spark so I thought maybe I was taken for a ride on EBay so I put the cheap CDI back and now this one has no spark. Now I’m like WTF. So I ordered another OEM CDI from EBay and it too has no spark, so I went back to square one and started checking everything. All wires are good OHMS from wire end to wire end and also checked to chasse ground. No shorts or open wires. Then moved onto the ground inputs for run/stop they both checked good. I removed the cheap stator and installed the OEM stator (still Good) and I’m waiting for the OEM flywheel as of this post.  When I receive the flywheel I will be back to original OEM Coil, Stator, CDI, Flywheel, and pickup coil. Did I miss anything??? Any input would be great as I have been working this for some time now. I will update frequently untill this Shee is up and running normal. Thanks.

Finally fixed. Turns  out to be cheap  ebay flywheel was 1/4" larger diameter than OEM. Replaced flywheel and she started right up. Took her out on Sunday, ran good all day. Lesson learned, Don't buy cheap  ass parts from ebay. Always use OEM. Thanks for your input.
