LanceG60 Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 Even if I put it to OFF, it keeps a slow leak of fuel coming out. Is there a seal in that valve that goes or something? Figured I'd ask before I take it apart. Quote
psd1 Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 Pull the petcock off, there is a little rubber seal in there. It mught be deteriorated. Quote
bigboybanshee Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 Yeah, I would definitely check the petcock. It is the gas tank you're talking about, right? Quote
Screamin_Demon Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 mine has a similar problem. It has to be in a certian position to keep it completely shut off. I've noticed even when it's in the off position, if the shee's running, it'll still pull enough fuel through to keep it going. Quote
