speeshee Posted March 5, 2016 Report Posted March 5, 2016 A grab bar has the use of somewhere to grab and to try to keep you from flipping back. Flipping on it is beating on it. Machines that are extended could use these I have seen people fold grab bars and machines that are extended can use these because they will just flip back instead of hitting the grab bar.
