Extending swing arm +6 and using busa chain and sprokets ... just want an idea on any issues i could encounter... any help would be greatly appreciated. ..

Yup... the chain is not a big deal ... my concern is on the front sproket... not sure if it will fit or may need some mods...thats all... everything else is minimal..

The busa countershaft sprocket is splined differently. Not sure what you're trying to accomplish. A 530 Banshee sprocket would be the same thing (and fit the tranny you have.) Honestly I'd ditch the whole 530 setup and just run 520 anyway.

Why do you think you need 530?

It is my experience that if you are asking these kinds of questions than most likely you don't have the kind of setup that requires this stuff.

Crossed this bridge about 4-5 years ago. I thought I needed to go to the 530 stuff but did a lot asking around and found guys with way more power then I've ever had going way faster then I ever will, and they are still running 520 stuff. It just requires quality parts and good maintainence. Make sure the swing arm pivot bearings are in good shape and get a round house swing arm to keep things straight. The busa sprockets would never line up with out machining and the 530 chain just adds a bit more drag and weight. Just a whole mess that can be avoided with a few well thought out parts.
