Get real, 90% isn't good. Considering the chemical and physical properties of concrete, if I had no issues with 90% of them, I would consider that successful. Yea I did bad mouth him cause he sucks at everything besides porting, well so I thought. Fact! I did go back, I sent my freinds his way for porting and got domes and everything else, elsewhere! Fact! If you're pleasing 90+% of people these days you're doing good, regardless of the industry. If you have 10 customers and 9 are happy, good deal.
