decon Posted October 23, 2015 Report Posted October 23, 2015 421 Cub has the following: -pro mod tranny by redline -billet basket -fast clutch -lock out -3 HD springs -shift shaft mod -shift star mod -EZ shift mod -pancake bearing Whole bottom half was shipped and inspected by Cam himself. Clutch fibers are in spec, eccentric bolt has been adjusted, Clutch has been adjusted several times. Just won't shift WOT, Not sure what to do at this point. Quote
locogato11283 Posted October 23, 2015 Report Posted October 23, 2015 You mean at WOT with no clutch? Quote
nastyracing Posted October 23, 2015 Report Posted October 23, 2015 Try a stock shift star on the drum instead of modded star. Quote
n2otoofast4u Posted October 23, 2015 Report Posted October 23, 2015 Get rid of that star. Drop 2 teeth on rear sprocket. Quote
possum Posted October 23, 2015 Report Posted October 23, 2015 Get rid of the hd springs. That may help. Quote
locogato11283 Posted October 23, 2015 Report Posted October 23, 2015 Ryan's 10mm Serval has a lockup and Pro-Mod and it shifts like butter. Quote
decon Posted October 24, 2015 Author Report Posted October 24, 2015 Put in 3 stock springs, shifts fine now. He had all 6 HD, thanks fellas. 1 Quote

decon Posted October 24, 2015 Author Report Posted October 24, 2015 Even with a lock out? I'm running 3 HD & 3 Stock springs in my Cheetah. I think the issue with the 421 was 2 sets of different HD springs. One set was Toomey, the other set is unknown but they were very tough springs. Quote
