'92 with hole in right piston

well, I got the crank out, finding time is tough, inspection of seals reveals center seal to be sloppy, looks to move/wobble too much to me, this is listed as the labyrinth seal, looks to be machined to sit tight to crank,  outers seat tight, seems like the lean condition would pertain to outer seals, what are the thoughts/options with this crank?

This was a brand new top end done by jsr(the guy that's so good that leak down tests aren't necessary) a pressure test before tare down or after assembly would have save a lot of time, trouble, and money. Now I'm having cam build it again.
