brianault22.ba Posted June 24, 2015 Report Share Posted June 24, 2015 I have a 2001 banshee and when I bought it it ran great than recently it just started to go full throttle on me. I looked at the top of the carbs(wothout tors) and the throttle cable boots were broken. So I decided to replace the throttle cable and I've adjusted everything it runs great until I put it at 1/8 throttle then is dies. The old cable never had that problem and idled fine but would stick. hoppedupandcutdown Posted June 27, 2015 Report Share Posted June 27, 2015 So, have you got it figured that your old cable was adjusted to tight holding the slides up to idle, and when you installed the new cable with slack it lowered the slides so it won't idle since you do not have the proper screws installed for it to idle with the TORS delete?
