jscharphorn Posted April 13, 2015 Report Posted April 13, 2015 I purchased a kill switch and I am getting shocked off the side of it, does that mean it is a bad unit ? Quote
jscharphorn Posted April 13, 2015 Author Report Posted April 13, 2015 Hahaha, The kill switch does work, also it about killed me when I nailed the throttle and got shocked Quote
jscharphorn Posted April 13, 2015 Author Report Posted April 13, 2015 It does work so even a bad ground it would work ? If the wires were backwards would it still work ? Quote
#1JUANstunna Posted April 13, 2015 Report Posted April 13, 2015 Swap wires ^this Like already stated. Swap wires I'm going out on a limb here and suggesting that you switch the fucking wires and stop being an askhole. 1 Quote
sheerider11 Posted April 13, 2015 Report Posted April 13, 2015 Personally, I'm still trying to figure out how ya get shocked off a tether switch!! JUST PULL THE FUCKIN CORD! It's common when you ground the coil directly. If you have the one side of the tether to the Orange on the coil you get shocked. Quote
n2otoofast4u Posted April 13, 2015 Report Posted April 13, 2015 ^^^ This If you have the unprotected side of the tether connected to the orange side of the coil that fugger will hook you up. Swap the wire, pay no attention to Gravels advise, and go ride it. 1 Quote
