Nash Jesso
My shee starts first kick but idles high,it calms down as soon as i pull the choke and idles fine, anybody know why? I also checked my plugs and they are black,so im guessing im on the rich side,my jetting is stock(the bike is bone stock) and gas is mixed 40:1,is this a problem? While I had the plugs out i checked compression, both cylinders peaked at 100 psi at about 10 kicks. And is there a difference between a br9es plug and a br8es plug, when i got my shee it had the br9 and that is currently still in there, would switching to a br8es be better? Thank to anyone who can help
sleeper06
Change your plugs back or change them in general if they look bad

Nash Jesso
What i thought,no loss in power and has alot of get up and go. Might ride it with caution till the end of the season and rebuild this winter
trickedcarbine
^ solid plan. Gives you time to start accumulating parts and assess any hurdles in the road.
Nash Jesso
Yeah found out not using choke on start up caused the rev problem. Did 3 tests per cylinder and all 3 peaked at 100psi.even though i havent lost and performance or and noticeable amount of power loss will it be safe to ride without any worries? Nash Jesso
Hasnt given bad readings for our sleds, its not a 10$ one so ill say im pretty sure its reading right. Did a leak down, found none.ill check to see if my pilot jet is dirty again but it only idles high for about 30 seconds if i dont choke it. When its warm it idles fine. Nash Jesso
Yeah thats the plan, new top end, crank seals and all gaskets will be changed regardless of the condition the current ones are in.
