For starters the shock will be at such a hard angle it will not be effective. And depending on the length of arm, the valving will be all f'ed up. trickedcarbine Posted September 10, 2014 Report Share Posted September 10, 2014 It'll bolt up, but ride like dog shit. When you hit he brakes the ass will probably go sky high. Kinda scary at the end of a drag strip. Either need an swing arm set up correctly and the proper length shock/strut, Or modify the chassis with a different upper shock mount located up more and farther rearward. That way the shock is more vertical. Not so laid over. Although I know a couple guys in different styles of racing that have had Penske/axis build lay down shocks to go in the stock location that worked pretty well.
