Input please?

Im new here,recently picked up a shee and its now my project.most of the stuff id like to do will be done over the winter months(painting,seat redone,ect)

Heres a few things i want to do and would like to get some input on how to go about it:

Paint frame red/a arm and swing arm black

Paint springs red?

Red hubs

Slightly wider stance up front with a little camber.

 

Also id want some input on whether i should race cut my fronts or not

Mostly trail and some sand,im dropping a tooth on the front sprocket.and yeah the shee needs some tlc,thankfully mostly cosmetic. What tires would you recommend?

Are those pics of the same bike.? The one in the first pic is a little different than the one in the second pic.

Same bike,rad cover was painted black(not well) so i stripped it and sprayed the grille black. Was told it's a 2002 but im thinking its a 2003

i like those high bars...seat cover looks fucked out, i would put a new one or a better condition one of those on your list

Yeah im picking up a plain black one for 20$.the guy i got it off half assed recovering the seat,its not on straight and one side isnt stapled at all.

My fenders are a bit rough and slightly faded,rather than doing the stupid thing and paint them i was looking at 3m carbon fiber vinal wrap.has anyone done this? would 2 5ftx1ft rolls and a 1ftx2ft roll be enough to do fenders and tank cover?

How can you tell the difference from 02 to 03? I wouldn't race cut the fenders. I have Maier plastic on it and the front comes without front fenders. Maybe you could get those incase you decide to go back to stock sometime

Nothing actually.swaped for a 95 big bear.and 03 had red rad cover,correct me if I'm wrong

Good deal. I just checked for both years and both black ones had red rad covers. Except the special all black 03. There's a very good chance you're right though.

Yeah, haven't checked the year on the frame but it came with a second one. One may be a 02 chassis and the other could be 03. I really like the look of this and would like to pull off something along the lines of appearance.

That's nice, I thought that was the same quad lol. Those are the same plastics I have on mine, Maiers. I like em.
