Running with 200 mains 25 pilot and needle center position at 670 ft above sea level. Also new uni filter and bored 30 over wiseco pistons. Whenever I install air box cover it Bogs

Your snorkel has a nest in it.

I removed snorkel no nest but runs good without snorkel

So your bike is completely stock with the exception of the uni filter in your airbox w/out the lid and .030" over pistons?

Yes stock no snorkel lid is on its like 80 degrees

Unplugged tors was acting up badly unplugging them fixed the uncontrollable wot getting caps soon Runs Pretty Good Except Had To Remove Snorkel

Yes stock. just snorkel removed maybe reeds they are not stock but have stock type Reed stops could be Boyeson stock cage

Turn airscrews all the way in and then turn them out 1.5 turns.

Do you have idle screws installed?

Are the carb slides sync'd and lifting off at the same time when you push the throttle?

 

For your mods your jets are fine but you need to add fuel with the airscrews because your lid is off.

No I do not have idle screws installed I was using the tors screws to set idle.

I will try that setting again thanks will order tors elimination kit with screws
