Oil in threads, little bit between washer and seat, around the bottom and ground electrode

I haven't ran these long at all

Is this a for sure sign that I need to replace head gasket or is this normal to see?

only place you get oil from, is from the oil/gas separation in the crank case / combustion area. so this is normal.

 

head gasket blown, leaks coolant.

 

coolant leak in combustion arear, cleans everything.

 

also wouldnt waste money on them plugs. just run br8es's

the eix are easier to fire..  i run them.. you may not need resistor caps if your running resistor plugs also.
