Need help removing powder coating from a swingarm

I need to remove the powder coating that is inside by the rear carrier. Whenever I am on the gas the carrier spins and loosens the chain. I the bolts down tight but I think the powder coating is making it to smooth of a surface against the round carrier. Any suggestions?

Post a picture of the rear of the carrier where the pinch bolts are.

Razor knife or Dremel. This is why I like the 4 bolt carrier housing.

tighten the carrier in the direction of rotation not against. Problem solved.

it happens with some swingarms..   grind it out with a round sanding drum on a die grinder.

Look at the tubes where the pinch bolts go through. See if they are touching each other when you tighten the bolts. I have a chrome Lonestar roundhouse swingarm that I had to grind the slots wider.

I've done both these things to fix the same problem. Works great now.

Ok thanks guys. Great input! I will try these tips. I just don't want to clean it out. That bites!
