Do a compression test after you re-assemble.

Melt down cuz of detonation low octane

 

Carbs are already cleaned n main jet is 185

Ok i got some good news the bike is up n runing i got 150 cp n mixing vp110 with 94 50/50 with a 32:1 ratio i will do more testing but am in breakin stage right now so main jet is still 185 any suggestions

i got some good news, you`ve fucked that crank up...all that deto and piston shrapnel in the bottom end

 

was it worth saving $3 buying 91 octane

I know the OG owner / builder of that bike...  You got it in Hull Gatineau for a good price.. but you needed to set that thing up before riding it!  his add even said so!... and you still just went and jumped on it for a rip..... no wonder it melted down.. 

so why was he selling it as a 10mm
