cam2 Posted November 10, 2003 Report Share Posted November 10, 2003 i have a prodesign dual foam filter with an outerwear on it and i oil the main filter as well as the second filter and i was wondering if you folks that use similar filters oil both filters or just one? i'm wondering if i'm not allowing enough air flow because of the fact that i oil both filters or i may be over oiling it (not sure). thanks. . Posted November 10, 2003 Report Share Posted November 10, 2003 not supposed to oil the outer filter. Just the inside one. It'll for one have more oil for less air flow, and two, make stuff stick to it real easy.
