FullThrottle_06'
Two options: (1)Find the biggest philips head screw driver you have in your tool box. Insert screw driver into screw head and smack it a few times (not too hard). May loosen the threads. Also real quick, I have grabbed a pair of vise grips and clamped them down on the screw driver shaft to get more leverage than trying to grip the shit out of the handle. Apply as much downward force as possible. (2) Screw extractor set.

sheerider11
That link didn't work. But you need a impact driver with a #3 Phillips bit. Put it in give it a smack, now turn it left and it'll get maybe a 1/8 of a. Turn till it stops. Now give it another good smack and that'll pop the screw right out. (That's how I do it. Maybe the first smack isn't needed, but I like to put a shock through the bolt/screw first before I start to twist it.)

Azryll
Impact driver's saved my butt so many times. Even with those holes slighty striped it should come out with one.
