silveradohd
Need help guys. Was in Glamis for last weekend and was having a problem with the shee. Bike runs great on 1st and 2nd gear, when I shift into 3rd bike just revs and does not go any faster. Checked throttle cable and it seems fine. Not sure what is going on. Blue Duece
My first guess would be your clutch is slipping.....but thats just a guess
Banchetta
I agree w/ Duece. do you still have the stock clutch??
boonman
Is the bike engaging third gear? What about if you switch to fourth? If it is in fact going into gear, than most likely the above mentioned clutch is the likely culprit.
silveradohd
Yes, I still have stock clutch. 3rd & 4th gear do engage, but it just revs. Ripped off head from the cylinder, dome o-ring is blown. Could this be my problem? Or should I look into the clutch more?
kenr74
Sounds like a clutch issue. I had basically the same thing. Went to Barnett springs and no more problems. I think I'll be needing a new clutch soon anyway but the springs helped for now.
