Best guy to deal with, knew his stuff and was VERY VERY pleasant on the phone (Jeff and Jamie both). I left a msg with Jeff close to closing time expecting to hear back the next day, he called me back that day after his normal hours and spent a lot of time helping me make sure I had everything I needed.
