bansheedemon Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 Looking to upgrade my carbs in the near future. Im running a 385 4mil, pro circuit pipes, mx port(i think), 19-20cc domes in a noss performance cool head, with stock carbs. I do a little trail riding but mostly hill climbs and riding quite a bit of sand. It all works well, but wondering if i should get some new carbs or stick with the stockers. Quote
Surfrjag Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 I would go with some 28pwk's unless you plan on more agressive porting and some topend pipes Quote
sprinklerman Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 Unless there is something wrong with the ones you have, id keep them.At your level of mods there's not much (if anything)to be gained( power wise) Quote
Dalton Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 Stock carbs all the way Spend your cash on suspension upgrades Quote
bluebanshee98 Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 suspension will help alot. if you want more power out of the bike i would go with a bigger engine. the bigger carbs even if you got 35's its gonna add a lil bit to the mid and top but thats about it. you'll out grow it very quick. Quote
Nightmare Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 Stock carbs are under rated imo.

Sent from my SGH-T679 using Tapatalk 2

Quote
bansheedemon Posted May 28, 2013 Author Report Posted May 28, 2013 Thanks for the info guys. I will stick with the stockers until i decide to get a bigger motor. And im looking at doing some suspension work soon. Going with a +4 swinger and some new shocks. And new a arms if funds allow it. Quote
