With those mods 280-300 for main. Clean your carbs with carb spray if you haven't done it in a while.

At sea level I was at a 350 main 30 pilot 3rd or 4th clip with my ported 4mil with pods....... so you are close. Experiment with different sizes for each position (pilot, needle, main) until you get the pull from the engine you like. Only do one position at a time though and one size at a time. Oh and one more thing...prior to doing any jetting take a can of carb spray and clean out all ports on carb especially the pilot. If it's dirty you will be chasing your tail all day.

This is the size I'm looking for....... for some reason K&N does not make the angled neck version in this size.....I'm running Cascade Shearer small bore stingers with RU-1090 filters and I'm burning my Outerwears WITH the cascade heat pipe wraps! Also running UPP intakes. The solution is these or going with RU-1080's which are 5" long instead of 6" which should clear pipes. Thanks for any input!

I'm running 14/42 with 22inch ultralights 12 paddle with a ported 421 serval shearer small bore pipes & a +4 swingarm. I can launch in second. My weight is 190lbs. I tried many different sprocket combinations front and rear and I found this to be the most rideable. It's geared to pull 1-5...with 6th being useless. In the end gearing is how ever you like it the most IMHO. Hopefully this will be a guide for you.

I called Pingle today and the height is about the same between the race version and reserve version....with reserve being about a gallon of fuel. It's about $162 between pingle and adapter plate. I'll probably go this route. Thanks.
