RACxEMxWILLIE Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 Took apart the banshee for a rebuild, port job, and a paint job. Got her all put back together and no spark. We tested all of the connections in the wiring harness and I double checked that were clean and hooked up in the right spots. Also, the lights dont flicker when you try to kick her over. Could my stator be bad. I put a new timing plate on it while the engine was out of the frame so the stator was the thing that could be bad I guess. IF you guys have any ideas, let me know. IM LOST! Junkyshee Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 Clean off the frame where coil grounds on, and make sure frame is bare where ground goes on back by Cdi box. Quote
vulvafan537240 Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 X2 on the grounds and run a ground wire from the frame to the motor also. Get the meter out and start checking stuff. Quote
