stock cyl hp?

hey guys planning on doing a dune ported stock cylinder, 350 crank, 34mm pjs, cpi smallbore inframes, cool head 19cc domes on gas. Hopefully that setup will run alot better that my crappy trail port with fmfs and stock carbs. so really all im wondering is will the new setup have a much better hp and torque numbers.

Get some PWK's and I also would say 70ish HP go +4 on timing and case match the bottom end to your jugs be worth a few more ponys, throw some good reeds in there too and let er eat!!!

my old as hell 350cc from way back with t-5's, 35mm pwk's porting worked over stock reed cages custom domes and pump gas made 65hp.  it held 62 from the pipe hit....

 

75-80 should be doable..    the tq wont be as stong as an aftermarket cyl.  BUT  it should be enough to make you do~do your boxer shorts.

Stock stroke 350 on gas hitting mid 70's to 80....NO.

 

More like mid 60's. Still will be a strong motor.

I had a 350 on pump gas that did 71hp. Stock crank and stock pistons.

If it was the same, it would be no different. But, it is different. Therefore, its not the same.

Can you safely run 19cc domes on pump gas?

70 plus hp on a 350 with good domes, pipes, reeds is easy. I've made mid 70's with stock carbs. Last one I did with stock head cut, stock carbs, v3 reeds and FMF pipes made 66 hp was set up for 50/50 race pump fuel.
