h20dies Posted March 6, 2013 Report Posted March 6, 2013 So i bought the used banshee and i am finding all these mods it has on it and i noticed a boost bottle.. Should I take it off? Why and how.. what do i do when i take it off? Kinda confused. Quote
Glenyboy Posted March 6, 2013 Report Posted March 6, 2013 Take it off and get the stock tube, the stock one is a small u shaped tube. eBay normally has them. Boost bottles put stress on the boots, causing them to crack due to their size. Quote

Jereme6655 Posted March 7, 2013 Report Posted March 7, 2013 DO NOT buy from him.....he's notorious for either sending shit parts or broken parts. As said above the boost bottles put stress on the intakes and cause them to crack.....which in turn leans out your fuel/air ratio (remember....your fuel carries your lubrication) and causes it to destroy your top end. Basically the $30 piece is a quick way to spend another $300..... Quote
tsharktim Posted March 7, 2013 Report Posted March 7, 2013 Boost bottles only cost you more in the long run. I recently bought a blown banshee that needed a top end and cases split because of a leaking boost bottle. Quote
CAJUN BANSHEE Posted March 7, 2013 Report Posted March 7, 2013 Douche the bottle! What's the rest of your mods? Quote
Glenyboy Posted March 7, 2013 Report Posted March 7, 2013 Sorry I never realised it was stinkia, was the only one I could find on there. I'm pretty sure you could put an ad in the wanted section. Quote
