Also never had dmc 916s so I sont know how they pull but I did have t5 and did have a lil bottom and great mixture or mid and top end power. honestly Im not a fan of CPI's because I trail ride. I wanna know if you can put t5 head pipes with 916 silencers??? There's no way id invest the amount of time and money into T5's that it'll take to make that work. Just my opinion though. ( if the 916 is the 2-1 muffler) i mean really if yo have to ask if they fit then its obvious your fabbin skills are not good enough to do it yourself...
