I have kenda kutter xcs and there awesome in the trails, best ive ran for rough stuff. Clean out extremely well nice big lugs spaced out, hooks up well in about any terrain even snow its not too bad, they do throw some crazy roost too. They will last a longtime also unlike alot of other decent tires. One thing thats kinda good and bad at the same time depending on what your doing is that these tires are heavy as hell, even heavier then Razr 2s. i shopped around for alot of tires and nothing seemed as good of choice all around as these. Alot of other good tires out there though.

I have some of these on a 700xx, 2 years now. They still 50% good. I rip them all the time.  Would buy them again

The Ambush and MR501's are both good, but like Loco said , i too prefer the MR 501s....  The Ambush are cheaper if your on a budget

I am going on my 6th season with Kenda Gnarly rears... Crazy good wear.  My GF has the 501's and they hook about 15x better than my Gnarlys.... Im bout to ditch them for the 501's.

Rocky Mountain has Dunlop quadmax MX tires on clearance for 49.99 for rears and 39.99 for fronts.  And free shipping on them.  I got 2 sets and they have been pretty good so far.

Great price but not the best tires.
