trickedcarbine Posted February 9, 2013 Report Share Posted February 9, 2013 That pretty much covers it. The only thing I didn't hear touched on was the clutch. There is a drastic difference between your banshee and that 4 stroke you compared it to. Especially if the guy before you said he put a HD replacement in. You can help it by getting a fresh cable and routing it with out any major bends and keep it lubed. Also get your self a nice perch and lever. Steer clear of the junk magnum one.something like an ASV or Wertz would help drastically. Maybe go back to a lighter spring since your bike probably doesn't really need the heavy springs. The last option that would be costly but if you are serious about a really easy pull. Get a lock up so you can run the lightest springs possible but not have clutch slip. A bit over kill, but I think if I build another trail bike it'll definitely get one just so I can put really soft springs in it. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Pods add nothing to that situation but more exposure to water. The Pro Flow will make the same HP and protect against water/puddles better.
