My elevation is 900 feet. I am running 20 cc domes. The jugs are stage 3 DIY port. I'm getting ready to buy the carb. I was thinking a 34- 36 pwk. What size pilot/mains should I start with?

Don't do the 2-1.  I learned the hard way, it SUCKS.  You get way better performance from the dual carbs

I have the stock carbs as well. I was going to try both setup's and keep the one I like and sell the one I don't. What would I shoot for pilot/mains on the stockers?

Either people love them or hate them. I believe if you have a good intake that will make the difference on how well it performs.

If you are referring to the 440 manifold go ahead and run it. If it is a trinity or chariot you are fucked and will regret it. There really won't be much more fuel economy. The bike will just pull almost twice the fuel through he carb. I think if I were you a 38mm PJ or even a 39mm PWK would suffice. I have seen a few 2/1 and MOST are garbage. But there are a few trick set ups that do work. Also stick to the E series needles on them or you will get a weird midrange hesitation and sputter

I don't remember what the intake is off of. The member I bought it off said they worked great. It has decent sized runners. I should look back in my history and contact him to ask.

The 35 pwk fits in the boot real nice. Not sure if I can go any bigger before it won't fit the boot. Where would I get another boot to fit the larger carb?

The 2-1 isn't bad I dunno how it compares to dual carbs since I don't have any. But I ran my banshee with a trinity 2-1 kit 33mm pwk, +4 timing, fatty's and it whooped 450s with exhaust and intake at the track. And still trail rode it.

The intake is off a Yamaha 440 sled and modified to fit banshee.

Run a 35PWK it'll be fine. We have a bike in our group making 65HP with one. (His is a Graydon though.)
